Extract the zip to a folder you'll remember (e.g. ~/Downloads/price-pulse-extension).

Open chrome://extensions in a new tab.
Enable Developer mode (top-right toggle).
Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.

The ◎ PricePulse icon will appear in your toolbar. Click it, enter your email, and start watching pages.
